ab88 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "ab88" / "Platform"

  Refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at ab88.bio, including all associated services, software, content, and tools made available to registered members.

• "Account"

  The personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the ab88 platform, through which the Member accesses all Platform services.

• "Member" / "Player" / "You"

  Any individual who has registered a valid account on the ab88 platform and whose registration has been approved by ab88 in accordance with applicable requirements.

• "Wager" / "Bet"

  Any stake placed by a Member on a casino game, live dealer game, sports market, or any other wagering event available on the ab88 platform.

• "Balance"

  The total funds held in a Member's ab88 account at any given time, including main wallet funds and any bonus credit subject to applicable wagering conditions.

• "Bonus Funds"

  Promotional credits or free bets awarded to a Member by ab88 under specific promotional terms, which may carry wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

• "PAGCOR"

  The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

• "KYC"

  Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations, involving submission of valid government-issued identification documents by the Member.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ab88 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ab88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing and using the ab88 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

ab88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the platform, email, or SMS where practicable. Access to and use of ab88 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is set by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by ab88.
• You must be an individual person. Corporate entities, partnerships, associations, and trusts are not eligible to register accounts on ab88.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR, ab88, or any other gaming regulator.
• You must not currently hold an existing ab88 account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the platform at any time.

To access ab88's gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Member account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your ab88 account:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• You may register only one (1) account per person. The use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• ab88 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a security or compliance review. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information registered on your account. You must promptly notify ab88 of any material changes to your personal details by contacting our support team.
• ab88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to suspend any existing account that does not comply with these Terms or applicable regulatory requirements, without prior notice and without liability.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ab88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your ab88 login credentials with any third party. ab88 personnel will never ask for your password.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify ab88 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised.
• All activities conducted through your ab88 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ab88 of a security breach in writing.
• ab88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

ab88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The following conditions govern deposits:

• All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. ab88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your ab88 account at the time of each transaction.
• ab88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which ab88 is not responsible.
• ab88 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges.
• By depositing funds into your ab88 account, you confirm that the funds do not originate from any illegal activity and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified ab88 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Before processing any withdrawal, ab88 may require you to complete or update your KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified or partially verified accounts will be placed on hold pending completion of the verification process.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request.
• ab88 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's systems, network conditions, and the volume of concurrent withdrawal requests. VIP Members benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals that are subject to outstanding wagering requirements from active bonus funds will not be processed until all applicable requirements are satisfied.
• ab88 reserves the right to impose a review period of up to seven (7) business days for withdrawal requests from accounts that have been flagged for security, compliance, or responsible gaming review.
• Withdrawals requested by Members who have been found to have violated these Terms & Conditions may be suspended, reversed, or forfeited at ab88's sole discretion.

ab88 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all ab88 promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are personal to the eligible Member and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• ab88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse or misuse of the promotion is suspected.
• Members who are found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, or who use any other method to abuse promotional offers, will have their bonus entitlements voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific games, game categories, or bet types. Wagers placed on restricted games during the wagering period will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Bonus offers are subject to specific expiry periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

All wagers placed on ab88 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual game or sports market:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ab88 system, it may not be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Member, except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules.
• ab88 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted in error, that was placed on an incorrectly priced market, or that resulted from a technical malfunction of the Platform's software or data feeds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any wager, the records maintained in ab88's server logs shall be considered the authoritative record and shall prevail over any client-side data.
• ab88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or account at any time, without prior notice.
• Minimum bet amounts per game are displayed within the game interface or market page at the time of wagering.
• Winnings on casino games are calculated based on the applicable game paytable and the amount staked. Sports betting winnings are calculated based on the applicable odds at the time the wager was confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab88 platform. ab88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to retain any balances where permitted by applicable law:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ab88 platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or otherwise misappropriating any part of the ab88 platform, software, or content.

ab88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools and resources to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions:

• All Members have access to deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time reminders through their ab88 account settings, at no cost and with no restrictions on their application.
• Members may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the ab88 platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to the platform for the duration selected.
• Members who have self-excluded from ab88 must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts. Any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and balances may be withheld.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ab88 platform, including but not limited to the ab88 brand name and logo, website design, software, source code, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to ab88 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ab88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of ab88's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ab88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform's availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond ab88's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes or sports data that have been promptly corrected by ab88 upon discovery.
• Any decision by a regulatory authority to suspend, restrict, or revoke ab88's operating authorisation.

ab88's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions, in respect of any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your ab88 account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

ab88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21-year minimum age requirement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ab88.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Conduct that, in ab88's reasonable determination, is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players, ab88 employees, or the integrity of the platform.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.

You may close your ab88 account at any time by submitting a request to the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ab88 arising from your use of the platform or these Terms & Conditions, ab88 encourages you to first contact our customer support team via the live chat function available on the platform. ab88 will use its best efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ab88's internal complaint resolution process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with the regulatory procedures applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators. You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.

ab88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Member — ab88 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or by SMS to your registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the ab88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document. ab88 recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
